Graduates 4 International Growth (G4IG)

G4IG assists companies with ambitions growth plans in key markets to employ a graduate market research resource for the purpose of completing an overseas market research project.

Graduates on this programme will complete a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Development with the IMI. The objective of the programme is to provide future business development capability for the company and expedite the international sales growth of Irish SMEs.

This is an 18 month programme where graduates will initially be placed in-company in Ireland and will then spend a minimum of 6 months and up to 12 months in an overseas market.

This is an 18 month placement with financial support.

Graduate Business Growth Initiative (GBGI)

GBGI assists EI’s indigenous companies to scale and grow their businesses through the introduction of graduate talent to deliver clearly defined projects.

During their 12-month assignment the graduate will complete a project linked to the overall growth plan of the company.

This is a 12 month placement with financial support.
